1. What Premium includes
The Premium subscription pays exclusively for the experience and features provided by FiveM Community. While the plan is active, subscribers receive:
- No waiting queues
- An ad-free experience
- Immediate redirects to third-party websites
- A Premium Discord role while the plan is active
2. What FiveM Community does not sell
We do not sell FiveM maps, scripts, bases, mods, or any other resources. We also do not transfer licenses, copyrights, or ownership of third-party content. Premium does not turn indexed content into a FiveM Community product.
3. Indexing and third-party websites
The platform organizes, indexes, and shares references to content found publicly on the internet. Downloads may take place on external websites subject to their own terms, policies, and security practices. We do not control the availability, integrity, updates, or operation of those destinations.
We recommend checking the source, usage permissions, and security of any file before accessing or installing it. When we become aware of unlawful, improperly disclosed, or rights-infringing content, we will review the notice and take appropriate action.
4. Copyright and removal requests
We do not claim third-party content as our own. If you are a copyright owner, authorized representative, or creator of material listed on the website or Discord, contact us through our official support channel. We will review valid requests and remove the reference as quickly as possible.
To speed up the review, provide:
- the exact FiveM Community content URL;
- identification of the protected work or material;
- an explanation of your ownership or authority to represent the owner;
- valid contact information and supporting documents when available.
5. Billing, activation, and renewal
Before confirmation, we show the plan period, total price, and monthly equivalent. Activation normally occurs shortly after payment confirmation. Recurring plans may renew automatically according to the selected billing period until canceled.
Cancellation prevents future charges and follows the end date shown in the payments area. Canceling a renewal does not by itself request a refund for a period already charged.
6. Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds
Because the purchase is completed online, consumers may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within 7 days of purchase under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. When applicable, paid amounts will be refunded in accordance with the law.
After the statutory period, payments for periods that have already started are not refundable solely because of non-use, a change of preference, or late cancellation. This does not exclude mandatory refunds or remedies for cases such as improper charges, proven service failure, or other circumstances required by law.
Immediate access to benefits does not remove statutory consumer rights. Requests must be sent through the official support channel with the information needed to locate the purchase.
7. Support
Questions about billing, cancellation, refunds, or content removal must be sent through FiveM Community's official Discord support channel. Never send passwords, full card details, or other credentials in a request.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or the law. The current version is always the one published on this page with its update date. Changes do not reduce acquired rights or override mandatory rules.
